Five star food hygiene rating retained
Following a visit from our EHO (Environmental Health Officer), Rounds catering are delighted to say we have retained our 5 star food hygiene rating.
We have held this, the highest rating possible, since the scheme was introduced, so you can have full confidence in our food safety standards. During the inspection the food safety officer looked at:
- how hygienically the food is handled – how it is prepared, cooked, re-heated, cooled and stored
- the condition of the structure of the building – the cleanliness, layout, lighting, ventilation and other facilities
- how Rounds manages and records what it does to make sure food is safe
